Welcome

Maidenhead Lawn Tennis Club (MLTC) is a private club owned by its members. It is dedicated to the furtherance of the sport of tennis and is constantly trying to find new ways of allowing more players a chance to play. The club welcomes anyone of any ability and works closely with the LTA as an LTA Local Player Development Centre.  It is open all year round, from 8am to 10pm.

MLTC is a very popular club with a maximum membership of around 500 adult playing members and 200 junior playing members. Juniors whose parents are not members of the club must be at least 4 years old to join.  Typically, there is a waiting list for new members and the club thanks all applicants for their patience when applying for membership.

There are 10 outdoor courts at the main site at 79 All Saints Avenue, Maidenhead, including a court with mini tennis court markings. Three courts are acrylic, three courts are macadam and four courts are artificial clay.  All 10 courts are floodlit. There are also two macadam courts at Oaken Grove Park, just 500 metres from the club, which are administered by the club.

The courts at Oaken Grove can be hired by non-members for £5.50 per hour.  Courts can be booked and paid for via the ‘Book a Court’ tab on this website. The Oaken Grove courts are locked with a combination padlock, the code to which can be obtained when paying.

Please note that dogs are not allowed on the main club site. If you have a special circumstance that requires you to bring a dog when visiting the club, please get in touch with the club administrator or tournament organiser.

PARKING - MLTC has a small car park which can be used by members & visitors. However, to allow for Emergency Vehicle access & for safety - cars longer than 4.5m or wider than 2m are not allowed in this car park and should be parked in All Saints Avenue. There is ample space in All Saints Avenue to the North of the club on the cemetery side of the road.
