Weirdly, it hardly seems like any time at all since our last AGM, held last May & delayed from March because of Covid19. Who would have believed we'd all be still living through restrictions & lockdowns into 2021? Given that we will not be able to hold this year's AGM on a physical, face-face basis, the 2020-21 AGM will be conducted over a Microsoft Teams group video call. If there's one thing we've all become comfortable with over the last 12 months, it's group video calls!

We'd like to welcome as many members as possible along to the 2020-21 AGM to be held on Thursday 25th March at 19:30. MTC is your tennis club, so it's an ideal opportunity to hear reports on the last 12 month from Board Trustees, how we've managed as a club over the last 12 months & what our thoughts & plans are moving forward. We'd like as much engagement as possible & there's plenty scope for more involvement of members in the running of the club. You may have skills, ideas, want to get involved in a specific area or simply willing to lend a hand but not sure with what (we're all unpaid volunteers with a passion for tennis and the development of MTC in our community). 

To enable us to issue the AGM report pack & Teams invite in advance of the AGM, we need to know who will be attending. All you need to do is email secretary@mtc.scot &, in advance of the date, we'll issue you with the report pack & a link to the meeting. You will be able to join the meeting using your mobile device, tablet or laptop & there's no need to have the Microsoft Teams app installed (though it is preferable to use it) as you can join using a browser.
