While the main competitions for the club are within the York Leagues in which we enter 2 mixed teams, 1 Ladies and a Men's team, the club does run seasonal competitions and leagues to add that competitive edge to the play.

Players of all abilities are encouraged to play, as a core principle of the club is to promote more tennis play.
