LTA Youth Schools
Growing Tennis in Norfolk Schools
Norfolk Tennis has developed a strong and growing presence in schools across the county through annual festivals, teacher training, leadership programmes and community outreach.
These activities provide pupils and teachers with fun, inclusive, and competitive tennis experiences, regardless of playing ability.
🏫 LTA Youth Schools Teacher Training
We are proud to report that 102 primary and 25 secondary school teachers have now completed the LTA's online 2-hour Teacher Training Workshop.
Upon completion, as a one-off, schools receive either:
- £250 of FREE tennis equipment, or
- £250 of coaching with a local LTA-accredited coach.
Teacher training continues through 2024. In rural areas especially, we’ve helped establish new school–club links.
