•    LTA safeguarding website / overview containing the Policies with safeguarding version control .The safeguarding policies are currently being reviewed by the LTA and the updated versions will be published later this year . Safeguarding Version Control

• Safe to play material is available to download and order ,alongside the latest safeguarding welfare poster to display at the venues .

• The Young Person welfare Ambassador role has had the age lowered to 11 from 14 up to 24 years . ( Discussion on linking this initiative in with the SWO young voices project ) . 

• Check out the reporting flowcharts for children and adults at risk on the LTA safeguarding website. Reporting a concern flowchart

The day was completed with tea /cake and a game of tennis for those who wished to participate.
