Frequently Asked Questions

I am an annual household pass holder but am being charged £ for my court booking

There are two reasons this may be occurring:
1. You are not signed in correctly. You may have set up an account using Facebook, Microsoft, Google or LTA login credentials instead of creating a Clubspark account. Please check your login method as this will then assign your free court hire permissions to your booking. You may choose to use the ClubSpark Booker App for free  on both iOS and Android.

2. When you set your account, if you added additional household members you may not have ticked the box to assign your yourself as a member, you may have opted to leave yourself as the contact. Please contact us to sort this out for you and in the meantime ask another member in your house to book the court for you.

My court booking PIN code does not appear to be working

There are various reason this may happen:

1.You did not enter an asterisk * before the PIN number

2. You might be outside the booked court access timeframe. Courts on available on the hour during opening hours. You can access a court only 10 minutes prior to your booking and commence play if the court is free of the current booking players, or 10 minutes after your booked court.

3. Are you at the correct site date and time for your booked court?

When are the Courts are open?

The Courts are open during daylight hours or 8am – 9pm, whichever is applicable. Some courts may be booked for coaching, other activities, or events, so please check the booking sheet and pre- book courts at all times.

Once I have an Annual Household Pass, do I still have to pay court fees?

All courts are ‘free’ once you have paid for the annual pass. Booking restrictions do apply to ensure that all users have a fair opportunity to use courts.

If I have purchased an Annual Household Pass, am I tied into a contract?

No. You initially pay for 1 year’s 'usage' and, if you want to carry on using the courts after that, pay for each year's renewal as you go.

Once you have paid for your annual pass it will last for a year and will not be refunded for any reason.
