To book courts for your matches, including booking the bubble, you will need to be assigned the 'League Captain' role in Clubspark. Speak to the Club Captains if you do not already have this role. 

Go to the court booking page and select 'View as League Captain' from the drop-down box on the right hand side. 

On mobile, it looks like this: 

Select the date you want to play and choose the first court you want to book and the time the match will start. You'll be asked how long you'd like to book the court for. Select the length of time required (recommended length is 2 hours) and click 'Continue booking'.

You'll see a page asking you to confirm the details - you should see that the cost is £0. Check the details and click 'Confirm' at the bottom of the page. You'll then see a final confirmation page and receive an email confirmation.

Repeat this process for any other courts you need to book at the same time. 

If your match is cancelled or rearranged, remember to remove your court bookings!

To do this, click on 'View my bookings'

Find the booking you want to cancel and click on 'View details'.

Click on 'Cancel booking' and confirm the cancellation.
