INDIVIDUAL REPRESENTATION

The CDL is a competition where gentlemen players represent themselves as individuals and compete at doubles tennis.

CONTINUOUS

The CDL is a continuous competition. There is no end date and new players can join at any time.

EASY TO PLAY

Play is undertaken via Challenge 4s, which typically take around 90 minutes to play. These matches are a simple round robin format where all 4 men players get to partner with each other.

CONVENIENT

Players can play AS OFTEN OR INFREQUENTLY AS THEY LIKE. There is no obligation (or mandatory requirement) to play matches.

IMPROVE YOUR DOUBLES TENNIS

Playing CDL tennis is slightly different to playing a conventional 3 set match. CDL forces you to concentrate throughout as every game counts. Partnering with different players regularly helps improve your effectiveness as a doubles partner. Also, the ladder provides a gauge by which you can periodically compare your ability against your peers.
