At Beverley Park Lawn Tennis Club, the committee, coaches and volunteers and members using the club’s facilities are required to abide by this code of conduct. This is required to support the club in providing a welcoming and safe environment for all children and young people. See below the club's Code of Conduct.
The club is committed to prioritising the well-being of all children and adults at risk, promoting safeguarding in our club at all times, including all programmes and events we run. This Policy strives to minimise risk and helps deliver a positive tennis experience for everyone and respond appropriately to all safeguarding concerns or disclosures.
Concern Reporting Procedure:
Anyone who is concerned about the well-being of a child or adult at risk, or has a disclosure of abuse or neglect made to them must:

If you have a concern regarding a tennis activity please report to one of the following:
- The club's venue Welfare Officer - Amanda Forrest on 07791 186845.
- County Safeguarding Officer - Sue Oswald.
- LTA Safeguarding - Report a Concern To The LTA.
- NSPCC - Call 0808 800 5000.
- Police - Call 999.
