Tennis Coach

Wendy is an LTA Accredited coach working with juniors and adults at Bishop’s Castle Tennis Club. 

She has been a member of Bishop’s Castle Tennis Club for 10 years and has always wanted to improve and get better. Last year Wendy was part of the Ladies first team who got promoted.

Wendy decided to make the transition to coach in September 2022 and passed the Level 1 qualification. This allowed her to coach juniors in other venues and also some adult groups. Always looking to improve she has started working towards achieving Level 2 in 2024.

Keen to get more juniors playing tennis at Bishop’s Castle, Wendy is working with the club to offer sessions in the local schools, and also competitions at the club throughout the year.
