Step by step:

1. Go to the  Main Membership Page
2. Look under membeship package that's best for you.
3. Login using your social media account, LTA login or create a Clubspark account. 
   1. It is easier for members to create a clubspark account if they do not have one already. When registering with Clubspark you will need to enter your first and last names, your date of birth, a unique email address and a contact number. If you have a british Tennis number enter that also.
   2. If you are registering a Junior only enter the junior's first and last names, sex and date of birth. Then complete the Parent Guardian section with your details and email address (do not put your email address in the junior section unless the junior themselves has an email address you wish for them to use) This information will show you as the Main registered contact and it will be that email address and password (you set) which is used to book courts in the juniors name.
   3. Please when registering enter your emergency contact details and address so we can get in touch with you should the need arise
4. Complete your membership details including your email address.
5. Pay by either a one off payment via Direct Debit (through Gocardless), Monthly Direct Debit Payments or as a one off payment via Bank Transfer (details are on the membership package details)
6. Receive a confirmation email from Clubspark once done with a copy of the Welcome Pack and terms and conditions.
7. Once you are confirmed as a Paid member you are entitled to British Tennis Membership (LTA Lite) please click here to obtain your British Tennis Members number. Once you have a British Tennis member number you can log back into your Clubspark account and add it to your profile.

Please remember you can only have one email address per Member Category

Applying for a Concessionary Membership 

If you are applying for one of our Concessionary Membership  packages please download the concessionary membership form and return to membership@chepstowtennnis.club. once you have been accepted you will be sent a link. Once you receive this link to Join please then follow the above steps 3 - 7

Monthly Payment Option

Please note that usage of monthly direct debits commits you to payments through to the end of the club year. Failure to make a payment or early cancellation will lead to disciplinary action and jeopardise your future membership.
