*** Please note, temporary changes to the booking rules below have been introduced during COVID-19 pandemic. Contact Mrs Nicky Dunford for further details.***
Membership to this category is dependent on the applicant achieving the required standard of play. Full members can play at any time. See 'Play' tab for details of club sessions.
Full Off Peak Membership
Membership to this category is also dependent on the applicant achieving the required standard of play. Full Off Peak members can play at the same club sessions as Midweek members as well as on Saturdays 1:30pm - 3:30pm. Members in this category can book courts on any day of the week.
There are 4 club sessions available for this membership during the week (see 'Play' tab for details excluding Wednesday evening). Midweek members can also book courts in advance, when courts are available.
This membership is aimed at 'returners' to tennis, or those with little experience, who would like to play at a club. There is one club session on a Monday afternoon for Introductory players. Introductory members are unable to book courts in advance but can play at any time providing a court is free and attend coaching sessions. This membership category is available for one year only. We encourage this category to take coaching lessons with our Coach if required. After 1 year this category should advance to Full, Student, Overseas or Midweek membership as appropriate.
This membership is for children between the age of 4-18 years old. Group coaching is organised by our dedicated Coach. Coaching is available at an additional charge on Saturday mornings and Monday and Friday evenings during term time and caters for all ages and abilities. Juniors can play whenever a court is free and supervised social play is held on Friday evenings throughout the year, excluding August and Winter School holidays. See Junior tab for more information.
This membership is comprised of friends of the club, parents of children who are members of the club and former members who no longer play tennis. Social members are only able to attend social events.
This is a reduced membership which is available to players residing overseas for more than 6 months per year who achieve a full membership standard of play. Overseas members can play at any time as in full membership above.
Students in full time education over the age of 18 and under 25 who achieve a full membership standard of play can play at any time as in full membership above but at reduced student rates.
