This resources page is intended to help members prepare for and support the 2025 AGM which will be held on Sunday 23rd November 2025 from 4pm in the Clubhouse (Mitchell Room).

AGM Calling Notice

As with last year, we will precede the AGM itself from 2-4pm with a Milkwood Cup social doubles tournament. The AGM will follow on immediately afterwards.

Approve the Minutes of the previous AGM
Approve the Club Accounts for the financial year ending 31/8 2025
Vote on any motions properly submitted by the due date
Elect a new committee

The AGM is a chance for members to ask questions of the current committee

The club needs ordinary members to stand for the commitee
There are vacancies and several commitee members will also be standing down this year
if you haven't stood for commitee before please make an active decsion to do so this year
