🎾 Spring & Summer Coaching Programme Launches in April
Our adult coaching programme returns this spring with a fantastic range of sessions to suit all levels—whether you’re looking to improve your game, get a great workout, or return to tennis after time away.
Tuesday Evenings (from 7 April)
Our popular Tuesday night sessions are back:
- Technique & Tactics (17:30–18:45) – ideal for improving and intermediate players looking to develop smarter match play
- High Energy Drills (18:45–20:00) – a fast-paced session for confident players wanting a high-intensity workout
- Back to Tennis (20:00–21:00) – a relaxed, friendly session perfect for returning players or those building confidence on court
If you haven’t picked up a racket in a while, Back to Tennis is a great way to get started again in a supportive environment.
Sunday Mornings (from 12 April)
- Next Step Tennis (10:00–11:00) – for players developing their skills and confidence
- Skills & Drills (11:00–12:30) – for experienced players looking for a more challenging session
New to Tennis?
We’d love to hear from you. While our Start to Play beginner course begins later in the season, we’re planning a new block from mid-May. If you’re interested in learning tennis in a friendly, supportive setting, please get in touch to register your interest.
