Our coaching programme is led by our coach Andy Gray, who was recently awarded Avon Coach of the year in 2025 and was a National finalist in the category in the same year.

Andy is a LTA level 3 qualified tennis coach who has been coaching for 8 years. He started by volunteering at his local tennis club in Backwell at the age of 16, and has progressed by gaining his coaching, first aid and safeguarding qualifications. Andy has recently graduated from Exeter University where he studied Sport and Exercise Science. By working at Saltford tennis club he is looking to improve his coaching experience, whilst offering his knowledge of tennis and sport science to its members.
