Trull Tennis Club AGM - 20th May 2024

The Trull Tennis Club AGM will be held on Monday 20th May 2024 at 7.30 pm in the West Hall, Trull Church Community Centre.  The official notice of the meeting is attached.  

PLEASE do put this date in your diary and make every effort to attend.  There is a minimum number of attendees required to make the quorum for the meeting.  There will be cakes and refreshments available!

If you have any nominations or motions please let me have them by Wednesday 15th May 2024 at the latest.

Paul Dejaeger has requested to stand down as Treasurer this year and would really like somebody to take it on from him.  He is happy to teach anybody and work with them to start with.

We are also looking for a willing volunteer to undertake the administration of Clubspark as Peter Gordge would also very much like to hand this over to somebody else.  Full training will and support will be given on how to use the system.

Please remember that all committee roles are undertaken on a voluntary basis, without which the club will not exist.

The agenda and financial paperwork will be circulated, along with any proposals, before the meeting date.
