Wivey's Veterans team was back on court after a long break on Friday 22nd April, taking on Elms in a closely-fought match.
Wivey was repesented by Mary Hughes, Sara Dove, Jeremy Birchall and Jeremy Toye who shared the honours 2-2 with visitors Liz and Roger Cutler, Pauline Phillips and Carl Puzey.
Next up is a trip to Minehead on Wednesday 4th May, with Mary working hard to arange more matches. She is keen to hear from anyone who qualifies as over 60 and who is ready to enjoy quality tennis followed by a good lunch.
