Wivey C had the honour of playing the first home league match of the season on the freshly painted courts. Which all agreed were lovely to play on.
The team of Martin Keane ,Jeremy Birchall, Amy Greenway and Sophie Parker had a very closely fought contest with Taunton. The rubbers were tied at 2 all , the sets tied at 4 all, with Taunton winning by having won 37 games to our 35. The end result was Taunton 5 points Wivey 4 points.
