  • Sunday 21st June - Sunday 19th July 2026 at 12:00 - 1:00pm | Adult Beginner 5 week course (all 5 sessions for a total of £25 per person)

This 5-week course is perfect for adults who are new to tennis or returning after a long break. You’ll learn the fundamentals of the game in a relaxed and supportive environment, including basic technique (grips, forehands, backhands, and serves), simple rallying, and an introduction to scoring and rules.


Tennis Coaching for Adults - Explained

Adult coaching can be done in a group setting or as a private 1-2-1 lesson and is suitable to all - from complete beginners picking up a racket for the first time, to seasoned competitors refining their match strategies.

Whether your goal is to improve fitness, master technique, build confidence, or prepare for competitive play, each session is tailored to your needs and pace. The coaching covers everything from fundamental strokes and footwork to advanced tactics, ensuring steady progress and enjoyment on court.

With expert guidance, a supportive approach, and clear feedback, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of challenge, learning, and fun.
