How to Use the Online Booking System

There are several means of booking courts and the procedure is the same for members & people wishing to 'pay & play'. :

1 Connecting through your PC or smart device

• Login to https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/CowbridgeTennisClub/Booking
• Select your date/court/time and 30/60/90/120 slot
• Receive your booking details through the system

2 Go to the App store, search for the ClubSpark Booker App and load this onto your Smart Device

• iPhone or Android
• Select Cowbridge Tennis Club
• Select your date/court/time and 30/60/90/120 slot
• Receive your booking details through the system

Booking Rules

• Court slots are 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes
• One booking per day per member
• Book up to 7 days ahead
• No charge for members booking a court
• Non-members are able to book a court using our 'pay to play' option
• Bookings should be cancelled if players are unable to make their start time
• Floodlights are controlled through the booking system at no cost
• Parents of junior members can book courts on behalf of their children.
• League matches have priority

Sensible use of the system is encouraged, particularly during periods of heavy use.
