The role of Team Captain is key to the Club's competitive agenda

Role & Responsibilities

• Select team squads with Club Captain and Coaching Representative
• Select teams for matches
• Ensure that courts are booked in advance for all club matches
• Arrange for match balls to be available for home matches and collect ball money
• Liaise with other clubs regarding refreshments, bad weather cancellations and rearrangements
• Rearrange cancelled matches and ensure they are played by the league deadlines
• Ensure match results are entered online and check match results recorded by opposition captains are correctly entered.
