Consistency in the mini tennis leagues is difficult, as players become ineligble once they leave primary school. Basically it takes a few years for good players to develop - never mind the four players needed for a team - then they have a couple of years "at the top" before they have to move on.

Coylton A mini tennis team made it into the top division of the Ayrshire league for the first time in season 2002-03, immediately taking the runner-up spot. Since then they've been in the top 3 a good number of times. We've had a lot of talented players - and will discover a lot more...
