The club has a constitution in place which has been accpeted by the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) and who have credited Coylton LTC as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation - SCIO. Our charity number is SC052814.

The new constitution replaces and expands upon the old Rules & Regulations and ByLaws which have been incorportated into the constitution.
