Today's fun event was the first replacement the village had for its more usual Gala Day which was last seen just before the Covid pandemic hit.

As part of the village's businesses and club involvements, the tennis club hosted a Bottle Stall, a Teddy Stall, and on court challenges such as hitting a cardboard replica of Carlos Alcaraz with a tennis ball - no mean feat.  Well done to all and a big thank you to everyone who helped out on the day.

Me's Cafe supplied the food which was well received and yummy as always.
