Your Tennis Coach
Our Club Coach is Michele Philipson. Michele is an LTA Accredited Club Coach. Before becoming a tennis coach, Michele trained at the Royal Ballet School, graduating in 1982, going on to run her own ballet schools in Hampshire and Surrey. Following a move to Somerset she decided to pursue her love of tennis. For ten years she was Tennis Manager at Taunton Tennis Club, the 12 court indoor and outdoor tennis club at Blackbrook Pavilion. She now runs her own coaching business, Quantock Tennis, and enjoys introducing tennis to beginners and developing the skills of improvers of all ages.
