Membership charges for the season 2024/25 are as follows:

The membership year runs to 1st April

• Junior/Student Single £22
• Adult Day Member £50
• Buddy £20 *

* Buddy Membership

There is a special membership rate of £20 per annum for parents (Buddy) who wish to play tennis exclusively with their children, as junior members, but do not require senior tennis.

For those new members who are already British Tennis (BT) members, please ensure you are affiliated to HMTC as this affects the Club’s BT membership figures.  

New members, who are not already BT members, will have their email supplied to the LTA who will contact them inviting them to become a  BT member (membership is free to players affiliated to a LTA registered tennis club).T

Winter Membership available for members of other Clubs eg those without floodlights.

here are numerous advantages to being a BT member.  From the Club’s perspective it has a bearing on our registration with the LTA and also with the Wimbledon ballot.

British Tennis Membership and Wimbledon opt-in 

Members have to explicitly opt-in to the ballot for Wimbledon  tickets using the LTA web site.  The total number of affiliated Club members who opt-in will be used in the process of allocating tickets to clubs.  Within the Club we use a ballot to allocate tickets to individual  members. 

It is of significant benefit to the Club if as many people as possible opt-in.  Even if you do not currently intend taking part in the HMTC Wimbledon ballot, please help us to maximise our ticket allocation  and take a few minutes to opt-in.  If your intention is to apply for Wimbledon tickets at the Club ballot early each year, you must have registered an interest by the end of January, which is the point at which the LTA will calculate our Club’s allocation.
