Eden Lawn TC

Welcome to Eden Lawn Tennis Club which is a medium sized, well run, family-oriented club situated in the heart of the Stanwix area of Carlisle, and overlooking the river Eden. The club is easily accessible from all sides of the city, and has existed on this site since 1894. Our membership is drawn from in and around Carlisle, and we pride ourselves in offering outdoor tennis all the year round, weather permitting.

We are always looking to increase both our junior and senior memberships, and welcome players of all standards. We have achieved LTA Safeguarding Minimum Standards registration, and are also Clubspark registered.

The club is run entirely by volunteers, with the club committee meeting on a regular basis. New committee members are always welcome.

Facilities:

Eden Lawn Tennis Club has 4 outdoor all weather synthetic grass courts.

There is a clubhouse with changing rooms, toilets, shower, and kitchen facilities.

2 hourly time-limited parking is available outside the club, parking disc required.

The club has its own court maintenance facilities including a mini-tractor and brushing system.

We also employ a groundsman on a part-time basis.
