Welcome to Patterdale Tennis & Croquet Club
a friendly and welcoming environment to come and play tennis, whatever your ability. The Club is a non profit social organisation that is run by volunteers.
Become a member or just book a court for “Pay and Play” - You can do all this via this website.
We have two completely refurbished tennis courts on the King George V Playing Field in Patterdale.
If you have already paid for your membership make sure you "Sign In" so that you can book courts free of charge.
If you are a visitor, looking for somewhere to play tennis for a time, click here for 'How to book Pay and Play courts. We even have spare rackets and balls you may borrow if you don't have your own. You will find information on this in the court booking confirmation email.

The courts are in a uniquely beautiful location overlooked by Arnison Crag and Helvellyn with views of Ullswater. If the events of the last 12 months have taught us anything it is that our physical and mental health and well being is greatly improved through outdoor exercise. Tennis is a fantastic way to get fit, socialise and even make new friends and we see the regeneration of the Patterdale Tennis Club as an important part of the fabric of the Ullswater Valley Community.
