Hawcoat Park Sports Club

Hawcoat Park Sports Club is a CASC ( Community Amataur Sports Club).

It is a non profit organisation and a  registered charity and is run by a board of volunteers on behalf of the members.

The club prides itself on its close links to the community and the superb sporting facilities it provides within the club and its 22 acres of grounds. 

The facility can be used in two ways :- 

a, By members of Hawcoat Park Sports Club ( please use the "Join the club" Tab for details)

b, There is also an option for pay and play use. (Please see below)

The Hub is managed by the LTA Clubspark application and associated electronic technology. The application manages the membership, court bookings , access to the courts, via the access control gates, and also the floodlight use.

The New Hawcoat Park Sports Club Tennis HUB is an exciting sporting development and will revolutionise tennis provision in the area and  has been developed to provide a superb tennis facility of 6 all-weather tarmac courts ( 3 of which are floodlit) ,

There are also 3  superb grass courts , to make a total of 9 courts.

The grass courts are available for members of the club who wish join in with the Tennis Section to enjoy the sectional activiites including -  clubnights, tournaments , social events and teams 

Members can use the booking tab to book all-weather courts  or alternatively download the clubspark booker app to their phone or tablet.

NON Members Can Also Play ! 

There is also a Pay and Play option for NON Members which can be booked using the court booking tab or can be accessed by using the following link to book courts

Daylight use cost is  £4 per every 1/2 hour,  £8 per Hour etc ( per court ).

There is an additional cost for any floodlight  use of £1.50 per each 1/2 hour.

There are two methods for non members to book courts

1, The preferred method is Using the Tennis Hub web site

a, Choose a court, day and time and click on the details.

b, Clubspark will ask you to register if you are a new user.

c, Input your details 

d, Pay for the court using a debit or credit card

e, Clubspark will send you a unique pin code to the email and text to your mobile for you to input at the relevant gate.

2, Use the LTA Rally Application

Input Hawcoat Park and the details will be displayed 

Alternately you can download the LTA rally app on your mobile device

Select  a court , day and time 

The pin code will be texted to your device.
