2024/25 MEMBERSHIP FEES

New members are always welcome, & with our 3 traditional club courts resurfaced Autumn 2014 & our 3 new club courts resurfaced in March 2016, we would encourage all tennis enthusiasts to consider joining the club. Our courts were repainted in 2023. We already have great club sessions for all ages & abilities & will endeavour to match you up with appropriate age & ability players & where we don't have sessions, we will create them! 

If you don't believe there are sessions for you, your family & friends, please message Gary Tovey. Membership numbers have been buoyant at about 100 adults & 100 juniors in recent years. For FULL adult members there are NO FEES for attending adult club sessions. Tennis balls for all club sessions are provided FREE of charge & there are no charges for autumn/winter floodlit evening club sessions.

Where possible our treasurer would like for members to use the BANK TRANSFER method, although other methods are acceptable. Online banking payments can be made to Ilfracombe Tennis Club, A/C No. 00071210 Sort Code 30-94-52, referenced with the FAMILY name

FOR THOSE ATTENDING CLUB SESSIONS

no additional charges for attending adult club sessions

Juniors £35 (all family juniors covered under one fee, Family adults can book courts but cannot attend club sessions)

FOR THOSE NOT ATTENDING CLUB SESSIONS

Public Family & Junior £35 (all family juniors & adults covered under one fee, same membership category as club juniors)

CONDITIONS: where two or more adults (e.g. 4 adults playing doubles) play regularly a minimum of two adults are required to be members. A Public Adult/Family membership includes all family juniors & can include a partner/spouse when booking a court as a family.  

ALL MEMBERSHIPS cover the period from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025. Any new members joining part way through the year will be a member for a full 12 months from the date of membership & will receive a pro rata discount in their second year to bring them into line with the April to March club year. Some new members may opt for a pro rata membership in the first year.

• Free LTA British Tennis Membership including associated entry into the Wimbledon Ticket Draw, & other benefits.
• Free use of 6 recently resurfaced & now repainted (Sep'22) club courts.
• Free access to the clubhouse via an electronic access card available for a one-off £5 fee (when available & adults only).
• Weekly club sessions, regular club competitions, league tennis & regular social events.
• £1 per session coaching discounts with our club coaches
• "Guest" fee of £5 for public members or friends/partners of FULL members attending club sessions.
• Junior Club Night is charged at £5 per session.
