Ponteland Lawn Tennis Club

Ponteland Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly and forward-thinking tennis club in Northumberland. We are a Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) registered venue which recognises the club as safe, welcoming and inclusive, with LTA accredited coaches and high quality tennis programmes. 

All players are welcome - from young to old, complete beginners to experienced competitors and those who want to play socially for friendship, fun and fitness. 
 
We have three all-weather tennis courts situated behind the Memorial Hall on Darras Road, Ponteland and a newly updated, comfortable, well-equipped clubhouse with a kitchen, toilets and showers. We also have access to three more courts during certain times and weekends at Ponteland Community Primary School - a short walk across Callerton Lane. 

Juniors and adult members can join organised weekly social club play sessions and both members and non-members can sign up for excellent group and individual coaching by our Head Coach, Tracy Smith.

​Ponteland Tennis Club is part of the Ponteland Memorial Hall complex which also includes Ponteland Memorial Hall and Ponteland Bowling Club.
