Visitor Booking

Non-members and Visitors can arrange to play on an hourly basis for a modest fee.

Tintinhull Tennis Club arranges  public access to the courts.

Bookings are £5 per court per hour and are subject to coaching and league commitments.

Availability and access using the combination lock must be arranged in advance by contacting Bob Summers 07906 888195 (call or SMS)

Please note our visitor booking co-ordinators are volunteers and as such may not always be available to take your call or booking, especially if same day booking and play is required.

Money is payable on the day of the booking either on entry to the court or placing money in an envelope marked with your name and  ‘Tennis court hire’ and placed through the letterbox at No 22 Queen Street, Tintinhull for the attention of Bob Summers (Treasurer).

The courts are open all year round during daylight hours when not being used for regular coaching sessions or league matches.

At all times, players are reminded to have regard to the residents and their properties near to the courts.

Access to the toilets in the swimming pool area is not allowed from the courts unless there is a key holder present or if the swimming pool area has been opened by the responsible persons.

Please refer to the full Booking terms and conditions contained here.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tintinhull Tennis Club is hereafter referred to as the ‘Club’.

The following booking terms and conditions are an extract from the Club’s main membership terms and conditions which still apply:

Court Access Times

The Courts are available for play during daylight hours.  Consideration must be given to the residents of nearby houses at all times.

Court Bookability

All courts are bookable except during regular Club sessions, Coaching sessions and League matches.  These will be available to see via the Club’s online booking module.  In the event of a conflict due to the omission of a booking relating to a regular Club or Coaching session or a League match, said Club or Coaching session or League match shall have priority.

Late Arrival for Bookings

If a visitor has booked a court and does not turn up within 10 minutes of the allotted time, they lose the court and another player will be allowed to take the court, but the Management Committee request that common sense should prevail in these instances.
