Individual lessons
Private lessons from John Cooksley (Head Coach) are available at a rate of £35 per hour.
- Private one-to-one time will allow you to focus on specific areas of development, and speed up improvement.
- Video coaching is often used to aid player and coach analysis of technique and movement.
- Preparation for matches and tournaments with subtle mental training.
- Benefical to integrate both weekly individuals along with a group lesson(s). Talk to John about what would be most appropriate.
- John is also available for tournament trips to provide support and analysis.
