Walking Tennis

Walking Tennis is an adapted version of tennis. Therefore, all normal tennis rules apply but for a few specific rules that are particular to Walking Tennis.

One of the main features of Walking Tennis is its inclusivity. Basically, everyone can play the game and unlike some other walking sports we have purposely avoided age categorisation. Walking Tennis is perfect for the following group of people:

  • Individuals with long-term health conditions
  • Recovering injured players
  • Complete beginners
  • Early Postnatal mothers

As opposed to focusing on technique and tactics Cardio Tennis is about getting your heart rate up, burning lots of calories and hitting loads of balls. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
