Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on the tennis court led by our Coach Alex Hull. Open to Members & Non Members of all ages and abilities.  Please book via the Coaching Page

  • Fun, Healthy & Social Exercise. Cardio Tennis is an excellent way to get into a more active lifestyle, meet new people and improve your tennis!
  • Burn Calories whilst having Fun: in  a typical session men can burn between 500 and 800 calories and women between 300 and 500 calories!
