Tim Seymour is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable tennis coach and has worked in the industry for over 35 five years. He is passionate about all aspects of tennis coaching and works across the whole spectrum of players from Tot’s aged 2.5 years to junior players competing and training regularly within our County Training Programme. Tim also delivers a wider range of adult coaching classes, courses and clinics including Cardio Tennis and individual and small group sessions, Tim also enjoys and gains a great deal of satisfaction working with players with additional needs and those with learning difficulties and physical challenges. He believes Tennis should be accessible and fun for all to enjoy.

Previously based in Surrey, Tim moved to Somerset with Paula at the start of 2022. Initially taking up the Head Coaching position at the Avenue Tennis Club in Burnham on Sea, Tim also assumed the role of Head Coach at Bridgwater in July of 2023 with Paula assisting as the main coach the junior coaching programme. In 2024, Tim and Paula also began working with Lympsham Tennis Club.

Since moving to Somerset, Tim has worked with the U8 Somerset County squad as Lead Coach since September 2022, he also became a member of the Somerset LTA Council in 2023. In 2024 he was presented with both the Somerset County, and South and South West Regional Coach of the year Award. In 2025 Tim assumed the role of Interim Lead of the Somerset Junior County Training Programme.
