Membership Cost

Full year membership runs from 1 March and gives you full access to the facilities.  Members enjoy regular club nights, social events and the annual tournament.

Joining mid-year: We reduce our fees on a monthly pro rata basis for members who join mid-year.

Guests: Members may bring guests. The cost per session is listed above. Please arrange bank transfer to the Tennis Club account and send an email to the club treasurer: Mark Neale at markneale100@gmail.com.

Non-Member Villagers - Free Access

Thanks to sponsorship by the Robert Monk Trust, non-member villagers are able to get free court access on Wednesday mornings 9am-12pm.  This is a great way to experience tennis in Foxton.  

In order to access a court as a non-member villager, you must follow the process below.

1. Register at the LTA website (registration is free). This will give you a username and password which you will use to access this site and book courts. To register at LTA you can do a Google search or click here.
2. Once registered, come back to this page and select "Join now" below as a Non-member Villager.  To be eligible, you must be a resident in the village of Foxton. Complete the "Join now" process.
3. Login onto the site (Top right). Select the menu option "Book a Court". Navigate to Wednesday mornings 9am-12pm and you will be able to book a court.
4. While you are logged into the site, you will see a menu tab called "Gate Code". You will need this code for unlocking and relocking the courts.  

Trouble with Booking a Court?

• If you see small padlocks next to your time slots, then make sure you are logged in.   
• Note: The website will automatically log you out after a few minutes. If you see padlocks on the booking page or are getting errors, try logging out and logging back in. (top right of the page)
• If you are a non-member villager, you will only be able to see open booking slots on Wednesdays between 9am - 12pm.

Hardship fund

The tennis club is non-profit. Our membership fees cover the costs of land rental (to the Rober Monk Trust), maintenance, insurance and periodic court asset replacement. That said, neither the club, nor the Robert Monk Trust wish that any Foxtn villager would not be able to play due to financial hardship.  Discounted or free membership may be possible.
