Welcome to our club.......
Wigston Tennis Club is a family friendly club catering for all whether it be for competive tennis in leagues and tournaments or social games. All abilities and levels are catered for, as well as all age groups
We have a Social Mix in Club Night on Wednesdays at 6pm, squad practice on Thursday nights and social mix ins on Sunday mornings at 10am - members can also arrange their own hits around these times.
Whatever your age or standard, Wigston Tennis club is ready to welcome you!
Wigston Tennis Club has 4 x Savannah Courts, two of which are floodlit, allowing for year-round play. Court 1 and 2 have also been fully refurbished and now have brand new tiger turf laid.
We have a Social Mix in Club Night on Wednesdays at 6pm, Men's Team practice on Thursday evenings and social mix-ins on Sunday mornings at 10am - members can also arrange their own hits around these times.
We have Men's and Ladies teams competing in Summer and Winter County Doubles League and a team in the National Tennis League (please see the 'Teams' page for more details)
We also have Men's and Ladies teams competing in Summer and Winter County Doubles League and a team in the National Tennis League which is played in a singles and doubles format. We also have a mixed doubles team, mens vets, mens super vets and a ladies team competing in the LOROS League.
Our annual Club Tournament is held from the end of August and the finals weekend is on the second weekend of September. Please feel free to pop in, say hello and catch that tennis bug!
