I am delighted to welcome you to the Northumberland Lawn Tennis Association’s website. You will find information about the Association and our registered venues, details of events and tournaments held in the County, in particular the Northumberland Open and South Northumberland/Sport Newcastle tournaments – two of the oldest tournaments in the LTA’s tournament calendar.
In addition, our Safeguarding section contains details of our safeguarding policies and procedures and links to important LTA policies together with details on how to report a safeguarding concern.
The Association provides a comprehensive County Training Programme for junior players of all ages through the Northumberland Tennis Academy. The Academy also provides a high performance coaching programme including on court squad sessions, strength and conditioning and sports psychology support.
