The Committee has recently reviewed the arrangements that we have for paying for floodlighting on the courts. We have now decided to remove the previous £2 charge, but should members wish to make a donation, then this would be very welcome, and can be put in the honesty box in the Club House.

The arrangements are as follows:

CLUB NIGHTS

1. In future only Committee members and our Club Coach will have access to the floodlight key. Several committee members are regular attenders at club night so this should not be a problem.
2. All members attending a club night will be asked to add their name to an attendance sheet kept on the table in the clubhouse.

4. All online payments should be made to the QCTC a/c sort code 09-07-25 account number 86403086. If you don't pay immediately, please remember to pay within a day or two and don't please "save them up in your head". Your payment reference will be the date of the club night.

The Committee is not seeking to have an audit trail on payments - simply to ensure that attendances and payments are generally in agreement. 

COACHING, LEAGUE MATCHES, AND ORGANISED TOURNAMENTS

Arrangements for floodlight use for coaching, league matches and organised tournaments will be as before, and covered in the costs of match fees.

"PRIVATE" MATCHES BETWEEN MEMBERS

For all occasions other than club nights, coaching, league matches, and organised tournaments, members will need to purchase tokens to operate the floodlights. A token costs £5 and operates the lights on one court for one hour.

Tokens are available from Marian (01935 850139) or Julian (01935 850685), both of whom live in Queen Camel.

"PAY AND PLAY"

Floodlight Tokens will not be available to non-members.
