On Friday 17th March, Beverley Park LTC attended the Community Sport & Recreation Awards at Twickenham Stadium, the home of the England Rugby team.
It was a great event which included some fantastic organisations and projects being delivered at grass roots level.
The club also had the opportunity to meet the Sport & Recreation Alliance's President, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, to talk about what great work we do in the community.
Unfortunately the club didn’t win the Diversity & Inclusion Award, but it was a great experience for the club and we are very proud to have been the only tennis club representing our fantastic sport at this year’s finals.
