Please find attached an updated version of the recent captain's guide sent to clubs.
The main alteration is in the Safeguarding section which has been brought into line with the LTA's latest guidelines.
It is important that all clubs ensure their captains are aware of their responsibilities towards junior players playing in the adult leagues from now on.
I'm afraid there is no negotiation over these requirements and clubs MUST meet them.
I would also remind you that the same requirements apply to all mini and junior teams that represent clubs so you may wish to share this with your coaches and junior captains.
