Early in the year the club was fortunate to obtain a grant from the United Kingdom Shared Prosperity Fund by the hard and diligent work of Sally Lansbury.
The majority of the money has been used to professionally clean and repaint all 3 courts. The impact has been fantastic! Now we have colour contrast between the ‘in’ and ‘out’ areas of the court areas making it much easier to make those line calls. But most importantly of all the court surfaces are now completely playable even when wet – a very important feature given our location and weather.
