Want to give tennis a try? Whether you have or have never played before,
we want to see you! Racket Sports Academy are going to be
supporting Lowestoft Town Tennis Club by providing a FREE day of tennis for
anyone, whatever your age! The day will be split into a morning and afternoon
session, you can come to one or stay for both sessions we don't mind! The
schedule for the day will be as follows.
PLAY
09:45 - 10:00 - Arrival and quick rundown of the activities
10:00 - 11:00 - Junior Tennis Games & Coaching (age 4 - 14)
10:00 - 11:00 - Cardio Tennis (age 12 - big kids, yes parents we mean you!)
11:00 - 12:00 - Group Coaching for Beginners/Past Players (Adults)
11:00 - 12:00 - Group Based Fun Games (Juniors & Adults)
EAT
12:00 - 13:00 - BBQ Lunch Break (with Fleetwoods Butchers of Gorleston kindly donating their specialist sausages), together with homemade cakes and treats made by the Members of LTTC, and Coffee on site from local mobile coffee shop Coffee Rush.
PLAY

COMPETE
The massively popular Lowestoft Town putting competition is also going to be
held throughout the day from 10:00 - 15:00, it is going to be £5 entry for 3
rounds to post your very best score in aid of supporting the RNLI. Prizes for the Putting competition kindly sponsored by R Todd Insurance Services of Gorleston.
