Our Clubs

Jon Griffin Tennis Coaching

Cumbria County Coach Jon Griffin and his team of coaches will be offering a comprehensive tennis programme this autumn with something on offer for everyone, from Mini Tennis all the way through to County Performance & Development Squads.

Weekly sessions will be available in Kirkby Lonsdale Tennis Centre, and at both Heversham and Kendal Tennis Clubs.

Advanced Mini Tennis

These sessions are designed to run alongside the County Development Squad, with staff /activity continuity. You can only access the orange sessions if you are in the Cumbria County Development Squad, but the red sessions are available as a second or third weekly lesson.

WEDNESDAYS

The courses will be delivered by LTA Level 1 Coach Elliot Gardner, and Cumbria U18 & Ladies Player Harriet Glaves; both also assist with the County Squad's Sunday Sessions. Elliott is presently taking his LTA Level 2 Coaching badge, and Harriet is presently taking her LTA Level 1 Coaching badge.

Pupils attending any of the above sessions may be invited to South Lakes Area Squads and Cumbria County Development & Performance Squads, which are being run out of Kirkby Lonsdale Indoor Tennis Centre by Cumbria County Coach Jon Griffin (LTA Level 4).
