10:00 - 10:15 Arrival, H&S brief, plan for the day
10:15 - 12:00 Technical, Tactical & Physical tennis development

12:00 - 13:00 Lunch

13:00 - 14:45 Competitions, Games & Matches
14:45 - 15:00 Court Tidy Up & Clean Down

Key dates for 2023 are:

• April 3rd, 4th, 5th, 12th, 13th, 14th.
• May 29th, 30th, 31st.
• July 31st, August 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd.
• October 23rd, 24th, 25th.
