Use of our ball machine

Our Slinger Ball Machine helps members hit the courts, whether you are stomping around on the baseline,  or practicing your net volleys for more consistency. Our ball machine is a bookable club asset for those members who have received initial safety and familiarisation training and once you have completed that training you will be able to book the ball machine - and of course a court on which to practice your shots.  There is no charge for using the ball machine - it is included within your membership fee - so book away to your heart's content.  All we ask is that you return the ball machine to its place in the pavilion and put it on charge ready for when the next member wants to use it.

Members might wish to download the manual and for a bit of extra fun try a few different ball machine exercises and drills from YouTube. A printable set of instructions are included here

A great team of volunteers have offered their assistance to help with the training and familiarisation. Just get in touch and they will run you through a short action-packed session.
