Annual General Meeting

The Annual General meeting takes place on 5 March 2026 between 7-8.30 PM. All members are encouraged to participate as in this meeting we will:

  • Summarise the Annual Report including our financial statements
  • Share club reports across activity areas to highlight last years progress and outline 2026 plans
  • Conduct voting on a proposed constitution change to reduce length of a Trustees term and include mandatory voting for elections which is not currently formally a Trust requirement. A proxy voting form is available where needed.
  • Outline key improvement projects and status including lights on courts 1-2 and improvements to the access road both of which are key challenges to be addressed

The Annual Report, Agenda and proposed full text of Constitution changes are on the website under the ‘members only’ area. A proxy voting form is also available. Members need to be logged in to Clubspark to access this area.
