On a windy Wednesday club morning, a field mouse found it's way onto the court and stayed around to watch the play. The mouse was fortunate not to be hit by a ball as it was the same colour as the many leaves scattered over the court. Some of the ladies on court leapt onto the benches, whilst others gave a friendly hand to help the mouse to safety beyond the fencing.
It was one of the joys of being a rural tennis club!
