Description

Tennis coaching for those that play tennis regularly and are either playing or looking to play in matches. Sessions will be tactically based around playing doubles with technical aspects within each lesson with the aim to improve overall game play and confidence in playing matches. Week 1 - Baseline domination. Week 2 - Serve and attack. Week 3 - Approaching the net. Week 4 - Finishing at the net. Week 5 - Doubles tactics. Week 6 - Match play (Note - This group will run at the same time as the improvers group for the first two weeks and then move to 11am start)
